Full-stack engineer and founder with a decade of operational experience, now building NAVICORE — a technology ecosystem designed to improve how people move and travel in Bangladesh. I design, architect, and ship production software end to end: mobile apps in React Native and Expo, web platforms in Next.js 15, backend services in Node.js and Python, and real-time automation systems. I take projects from whiteboard to production without a team, applying the same engineering rigour to client work as to my own products.

Founded and lead NAVICORE across both active ventures — own architecture, engineering, and delivery end to end across mobile, web, backend, and infrastructure.
Designed and built RailMate Bangladesh's full product: OTP-based Supabase auth, custom useAuth hook, Expo Router navigation, NativeWind design system, community reporting flow, and bilingual train search across 137 trains and 1,225 stops.
Configured Cloudflare DNS infrastructure, PostHog analytics, EAS build pipelines, and Google Play submission flow.
Manages Navicore Software client engagements concurrently — delivering production-grade web, mobile, and backend automation systems including Telegram bots built with aiogram and Pyrogram.

GitHub profile intelligence — deterministically scored and AI-augmented developer evaluation platform.

Connects the GitHub REST API with Anthropic Claude to evaluate profiles across contribution consistency, repository quality, tech breadth, and documentation depth.
Scoring is deterministic and separated from the AI layer — Claude generates qualitative narrative on top of a stable numeric score, preventing hallucinated metrics. Authenticated with JWT; profile history persisted in MongoDB.

Board operations propagate via Socket.IO events scoped per workspace; JWT verified at socket handshake before any room join is admitted.
Zustand manages optimistic UI state client-side, with server reconciliation on reconnect to handle dropped connections gracefully without data loss.

Classifies pet health states (overdue / due-today / upcoming) and delivers timezone-aware browser push notifications via Service Workers that persist after the browser tab is closed.
Full CRUD for care logs with recurring reminder scheduling, per-pet health timeline, and historical event records.

MicroTask Platform

Three-sided task marketplace with server-enforced lifecycle, role-scoped dashboards, and Stripe disbursement.

Worker, Buyer, and Admin operate in fully separate role-scoped dashboards; task status transitions validated server-side on every mutation — the client cannot self-promote a task state.
Stripe credits triggered by webhook confirmation rather than client callback, preventing double-credit on retries or failed network calls.
